In all cases, we work on a completely No Win, No Fee basis, with no upfront retaining costs or hidden ongoing charges. Commission is charged against whatever monies are recovered.

13.5% of the total balance recovered

Standard European Debts (Classified as debtors being located within the EEA)

25% of the total balance recovered

Route 2: Specialist cases

 

Route 2 cases are broadly defined as specialist cases that require a higher workload than a standard recovery case. Route 2 is used in cases where the debts have already been worked by another solicitors firm or collection agency, where a judgment has already been obtained, where debts are over a year old or where we have to delay recovery for the purposes of dispute resolution. The charge for Route 2 cases, due the intensified workload required to be successful in these cases, is 35% of the total debt collected. European and International cases that require litigation proceedings may also be passed to Route 2, however you will be consulted and given the option to recall the debt at this time, and like all our recovery cases, that is still charged on a completely no-win, no-fee basis.
